AO (GE) Module Project “VISHWAK”
Project Vishwak has been developed for automation of the AO GE Offices under the jurisdiction of various Pr. Controllers’ / Controllers’ offices. Earlier to this, there was no automation in these offices and work was completely manual. This system enables these offices to capture the Admin Approval, Technical Sanctions, Contract Agreement details and processing of payments viz. RARs, Final Bills, Hand Receipts through the system and preparing monthly Punching Medium at a click of button. As the database is available in the system, manual registers for Admin Approvals, Technical Sanctions & Contract Agreements can be phased out.
