172nd Defence Pension Adalat was held on 23rd and 24th November, 2019 in AMC Stadium, Lucknow Cantt to redress the pension related grievances of Defence Pensioners including Defence Civilians residing in the state of Uttar Pradesh and adjoining areas. The Adalat was organised by PCDA (Pensions), Allahabad under the aegis of Controller General of Defence Accounts, Delhi Cantt. The Adalat was inaugurated by Hon´ble Raksha Mantri Shri Rajnath Singh on 23rd November, 2019. Shri Sanjiv Mittal, IDAS, Controller General of Defence Accounts, Lt. Gen S Ghuman PVSM, AVSM, GoC-in-C Central Command Lucknow, Shri Vishvajit Sahay, IDAS, Principal Controller of Defence Accounts (Pensions) Allahabad, Senior officials from the three services, Defence Accounts Department, Public Sector Banks and other Civil Authorities were present on the occasion.
